Why Pucheeto Exists

A borrowed book, a drill, money for lunch. We never write any of it down, because "there is no way I forget that". And then we forget.

“Pucheeto wasn't conceived as a startup idea. It arose quite ordinarily – from things that I and the people around me live every day. First, it was small things. Borrowed books, sports equipment, or tools between neighbors. Things you don't even write down because: 'It's obvious, I won't forget.' Then came small amounts of money. Someone pays for lunch, someone else for coffee, someone borrows for a few weeks… and you send it 'sometime.' And eventually, even bigger things. Equipment for children, camping, apartment renovations, or situations where one person pays for the entire group – and no one really knows exactly how to settle up in the end. All the while, the same phrase: 'Next time, it's on me.' But that 'next time' often gets lost in real life. Not because someone doesn't want to be fair. But because our heads are full of other things. And small things then create unnecessary tension. At that moment, I realized that I didn't want to argue about who was right. I just wanted clarity. I wanted something simple that would remember these small things for us. Without pressure, without uncomfortable conversations, and without spoiling relationships. And that's how Pucheeto was created. An app that doesn't enforce anything. It just helps keep things fair – among friends, in the family, and in everyday life.”
